Cultural Markets is an experimental web platform for cultural forecasts and public reputation. Its credits and positions are virtual, have no monetary value and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for real money. No real-money wagering is offered.
Calls versus trades
A public YES/NO reputation call records an initial position and timestamp. Editing a call preserves its original record. A simulated virtual-credit trade is different and does not independently prove a reputation call.
Market rules
Every listed market has its own exact question, close time, designated sources and YES/NO/exception rules. Official resolution depends on evidence and review; an absent or delayed result may leave a market pending. Do not assume a deadline automatically means a result. Published rules should not be silently rewritten.
Public participation
Handles, public predictions, timestamps and published receipts may be seen and shared by anyone. Participants must not impersonate people, abuse others, manipulate markets or submit private third-party information.
Accounts
Guest identities may be lost with the browser session. Secure your identity with email where offered. Logging into a different existing identity does not merge account histories.
Beta changes and limits
Features, rankings, provisional reputation scoring and availability may change. Simulated returns are not actual earnings, and predictions are not investment advice. We do not promise uninterrupted service or infallible rankings.
Reporting and privacy
Report account, impersonation, abuse, intellectual-property or privacy concerns via the verified contact page. Requests will be reviewed; public evidence records cannot necessarily be deleted without considering valid grounds and legal duties.
Pending final provisions
The operator's legal identification, minimum age/eligibility, governing law and forum, enforcement/moderation rules and complaint process remain subject to final approval. This document does not become binding solely by appearing in this development branch.
